Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, supporting, and growing the equipment and automation infrastructure that powers our rebate aggregator operations. Working primarily with utility bills in a high-volume data entry capacity, you'll be entrusted with processing critical financial documents that drive our clients' rebate processes. This role reports to no direct reports but operates as an essential contributor within a collaborative, results-driven team. Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Data Entry: Process utility bills and related financial documents with exceptional accuracy and speed throughout your assigned shift, maintaining consistent productivity levels.
  • Document Transfer Management: Handle the seamless transfer of documents within our proprietary systems, ensuring data integrity and proper categorization at every stage.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Generate accurate reports on rebate calculations, perform reconciliation activities, and identify discrepancies that require resolution.
  • Rejection Management: Review rejected entries, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy while meeting established key-per-hour (KPH) benchmarks of 13,000+ during assessment.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Typing Proficiency: Must achieve a score of 13,000+ KPH (keystrokes per hour) on the required assessment to be considered for this position. Candidates without extensive experience but who can demonstrate documented high 10-key KPM (keystrokes per minute) or WPM (words per minute) performance will be given full consideration.
  • Equipment Standards: Contractors must provide their own office setup, including:
    • Windows computer (Mac computers are not compatible with this role)
    • Dual high-resolution monitors (single screens, tablets, and laptops will not meet requirements)
    • 10-key numeric keyboard
    • Web camera
    • Speakers or headphones
    • Microphone
    • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
