Position Overview As a Data Entry Technician I at careerzynith, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and data management tasks that are essential to our daily operations. This role requires someone who is meticulous, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician I, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Document Management: Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail and work requests efficiently to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Workflow Monitoring: Review workflow reports to ensure that required information is available and accessible. Identify any gaps or issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Documentation Support: Request missing documentation on a case-by-case basis to ensure completeness and accuracy of all records.
  • Report Generation: Scan, image, and index various reports and documents using standard office equipment and software applications.
  • Correspondence Preparation: Prepare correspondence and packages for both internal and external mailing, ensuring proper formatting and postage.
  • Database Management: Maintain departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all information is accurately entered and regularly updated.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor supply stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other staff members with related responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records, create forms, verify information, and resolve routine issues that may arise in daily operations.
  • Communication: Apply knowledge of departmental policies and procedures while maintaining a general understanding of other divisions' capabilities to facilitate smooth interdepartmental collaboration.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. While a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, it is not mandatory for this entry-level position.
