Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members, mentors, and supervisors to share insights, identify recurring issues, and contribute ideas for improving the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Any graduate (Bachelor's degree in any stream) or final-year student awaiting results.
  • Less than 1 year of professional work experience, making this a true fresher-friendly opportunity.
  • Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages.
  • Comfortable typing in English with reasonable speed and accuracy on a laptop or desktop.
