[Remote] Endpoint Privilege Management Operations

The Endpoint Privilege Management Operations role involves supporting daily operations and enhancements to the Endpoint Privilege Management system, including system checks, user support, and software deployment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations as well as enhancements to our AFS's Endpoint Privilege Management system
- Routine system checks
- Supporting users
- Making rule/policy changes
- Updating client software
- Building/deploying/maintaining self-service software deployments
- Acting as a SME for the solution
Skills
- Minimum of three years' experience in the Information Technology field with significant experience working with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions and building and deploying applications with ConfigMgr and Jamf
- Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience as a user and an administrator of the following systems: BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management or other enterprise privilege management products
- ServiceNow, Active Directory, Windows and Mac workstations, ConfigMgr, Jamf Pro, Intune, Jira
