[Remote] Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Goldbloom Wealth Management LLC is a boutique wealth management firm seeking an Experienced Executive Assistant with a financial edge. The role involves project and task-based work, requiring critical thinking and organizational skills, while providing direct access to the principal advisor and exposure to various aspects of wealth advisory and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar, inbox, client coordination
  • Marketing + client communications from bank of copy ready for GWM customization
  • Content + thought leadership support
  • Special projects (including an AI-assisted book update)

Skills

  • Experienced Executive Assistant (with a financial edge)
  • Not entry-level
  • Project & Task-based detail-oriented work with big-picture organizational focus
  • Critical thinking required
  • Former project/team management can replace Exec Asst experience
  • Ability to own execution at a high level while getting the hands-on work done
  • Experience using dual CRM, existing systems post a merger (Outlook and MSFT pkg and GSuite, Slack and Teams)
  • Supported a founder, advisor, or senior executive
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to write well and communicate professionally
  • Take initiative and don't need hand-holding
  • Technical skills ranging from software (Excel, AI, etc), tech troubleshooting
  • Series 65
  • Washington Insurance License
  • Financial services background
  • Asana or other Project Management software experience
  • Msft, Asana/Project Mgmt & GSuite experience

Benefits

  • ~$35-$40/hour (1099) (+ potential bonus compensation for certain structures depending on licensing and results)
