[Remote] Financial Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ITC Federal is a company that connects technology advancements in automation and AI to solve government mission challenges. They are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the U.S. Department of Justice's complex litigation mission under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support program.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes the records of financial institutions, such as savings and loan associations, including operating and investment records, and inspection of properties, to make initial identification of areas requiring further analysis

Skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
• Must be CPA
• Minimum of two years' experience performing financial analysis and evaluation work
• Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards
• Extensive working knowledge of appropriate accounting, auditing, tax, and financial ADP systems and applications
• Working knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software
• Graduate degree in related field, such as finance, business administration, accounting, banking and credit, etc
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience as part of an auditing team helpful
