Key Responsibilities

  • * Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • * Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate hiring processes, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • * Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, and maintain accurate records.
  • * Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • * Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • * Performance Management: Assist in creating performance evaluation systems and coaching programs.
  • * Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • * Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • * Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
  • * Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience
  • * 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with remote workforce management.
  • * Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • * Must be available during core business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST) with occasional adjustments for team coordination across time zones.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
  • * Familiarity with remote team communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Hirevector Teams).
  • * Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
