[Remote] Human Resource Shared Services Coordinator- Remote

TalentBridge is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to support employee leave and benefits-related processes. This role involves managing employee inquiries, maintaining records, and collaborating with HR and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of requests.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and requests
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and employee inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systems
- Track cases, monitor required documentation, and ensure timely follow-up with employees and internal stakeholders
- Research and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues when appropriate
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of employee requests
- Maintain organized electronic records and support process documentation
- Assist with administrative support functions, including processing incoming documentation and updating internal systems
Skills
- 3+ years of customer service, HR support, employee services, benefits administration, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Previous experience in an HR Shared Services, Human Resources Operations, Benefits, or Employee Support environment strongly preferred
- Experience supporting leave administration, employee benefits, or accommodations is a plus but not required
- Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply
