[Remote] Implementation Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Worth AI is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Implementation Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will manage the implementation process of our innovative AI technology within the FinTech sector and support the post-sales process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the post sales phase
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Create and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide necessary support throughout the implementation process
- Conduct customer training sessions and develop support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutions
- Gather customer feedback post-implementation and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI to inform project strategies
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities, pinpoint training gaps, and create materials for client support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry
- Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React are vital
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
