[Remote] IT Project Manager (Retail Store Technology & Cybersecurity)

Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-priority IT transformation initiatives focused on Retail Store Technology and Cybersecurity. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority IT transformation initiatives focused on Retail Store Technology and Cybersecurity
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams
- Manage risks and coordinate stakeholders
- Ensure successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Strong experience within the Retail industry
- Hands-on experience managing Store Technology projects, including:
- Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Self-checkout solutions
- In-store tablets and retail technology platforms
- Experience managing Cybersecurity initiatives, including:
- Disaster Recovery (DR) programs
- Security gap remediation projects
- Infrastructure security initiatives
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional, multi-workstream projects
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
- Experience managing project budgets, vendors, and complex dependencies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management
- Experience using project management tools such as:
- Smartsheet
- Jira
- Similar project tracking platforms
- Experience leading enterprise infrastructure transformation programs
