- Support individuals as they explore options aligned with their personal and professional objectives
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up activities
- Participate in regular training, mentoring, and professional development
- Utilise digital platforms and communication tools to connect with a broad audience
- Contribute to initiatives that support awareness and engagement within the learning and development space
- Continue strengthening your own leadership, communication, and professional capabilities
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years' professional experience
- Experience in Learning & Development, Education, Leadership, Human Resources, Coaching, Mentoring, Consulting, Talent Development, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, self-directed, and accountable approach to work
- Confidence working independently in a remote environment
- A genuine interest in personal growth and lifelong learning
- Openness to ongoing training and professional development
- The ability to build rapport and establish meaningful professional relationships
