The role involves performing simulated contract negotiations, reviewing AI-generated contract responses, and collaborating with teams to enhance AI-driven contract review solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises to evaluate AI-generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to enhance model performance
- Collaborate with product and research teams to refine training data and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions
- Identify legal risks and provide actionable insights to improve AI systems in real-world applications
Skills
- Possess a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Have a minimum of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly SaaS contract review
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems
- Show a commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology
