[Remote] Mid-Level Business Analyst, Plans & Growth

As a Business Analyst for Holafly Plans, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic execution to drive business growth, influencing profitability and optimization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth strategies by partnering with business owners to identify, quantify, and prioritize high-impact investment opportunities
- Optimize business performance by diagnosing inefficiencies in profitability, conversion, and retention to propose actionable solutions
- Own the single source of truth for data by building and maintaining a centralized, high-quality metrics hub
- Synthesize complex analytics into clear, compelling recommendations for non-technical stakeholders to trigger immediate action
- Scale automated workflows to eliminate manual reporting, shifting the team's focus from data assembly to strategic thinking
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or in a similar analytically focused role
- Strong SQL and Python skills; you're comfortable building, debugging, and automating data workflows independently
- Hands-on experience querying and working with large datasets in Google BigQuery
- Experience designing and maintaining business dashboards in Looker Studio or a similar BI tool
- A commercial mindset; you can connect data findings to business outcomes and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Structured problem-solving approach; you're able to break down ambiguous business questions and work toward validated, actionable answers
- Proficiency in English is essential for global collaboration
- Experience using AI coding tools (such as Claude or Codex) to accelerate or automate workflows
- Background working with e-commerce, subscription, or telecom data
- Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and/or experience running A/B tests
