Position Overview

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant flow of digital images. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients' claims workflows by ensuring that every piece of information is captured correctly, verified thoroughly, and protected according to HIPAA standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, independent work and who can maintain focus and efficiency throughout the workday.

The role offers part-time and full-time flexibility, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Schedules are available across multiple shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Transcribe data from a continuous stream of digital images into the QuickClaim system, ensuring precision and consistency with every entry.
  • Document Identification: Review each image to determine the correct document type based on the documentation provided.
  • Quality Verification: Audit and validate all entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds careerzynith's strict quality requirements.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Safeguard all Personal Health Information (PHI) and client data, maintaining full compliance with HIPAA regulations at all times.
  • Professional Communication: Collaborate professionally with team members, supervisors, and other staff as needed to clarify information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Offer thoughtful recommendations to enhance job processes, increase efficiency, and improve the overall workflow.
  • Task Completion: Ensure that all assigned daily tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • General Office Support: Perform additional basic administrative and office duties as assigned by management.

  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: Minimum of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, and a KPH Typing Test score of 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative, or office support roles is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits
