Key Responsibilities
- * Process payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

- * Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- * Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including tax filings and reporting.
- * Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary data for payroll processing.
- * Prepare and distribute pay stubs, W-2s, and other payroll-related documentation.
- * Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- * Perform periodic audits to validate payroll accuracy.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- * Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- * Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar systems).
- * Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- * Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience
- * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or related fields.
- * Familiarity with remote work tools and collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Working Hours
- * Flexible working hours with core availability between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in your local time zone.
- * Occasional adjustments may be required to meet payroll deadlines.
