[Remote] Planning & Operations - NAA (North American Applications) Sales

They are seeking a Planning & Operations professional to provide direct sales operational support aimed at improving efficiency and compliance in alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, in an effort to ensure efficient sales operational support
- Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives
- Focus on forecasting, account assignments, territory planning, and day-to-day sales leader support
- Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals
- Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance
- Drive implementation of new processes and procedures
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations or related field
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience in providing direct sales operational support
- Ability to analyze data to measure key performance indicators
- Experience in forecasting, account assignments, and territory planning
- Ability to communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization
- Experience in driving implementation of new processes and procedures
- Ability to serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
