[Remote] Pricing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Automatiq is the leading all-in-one software platform in the live event ticketing world, serving resellers of all sizes. They are looking for a Pricing Analyst to analyze markets and price ticket inventory positions using their dynamic pricing software, while also acting as a main point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze markets, historicals, and live data in order to price inventory effectively for clients using Automatiq’s proprietary software
- Conduct detailed market research to help build strategic pricing recommendations for clients
- Communicate with clients effectively to discuss strategy, preferences, and account performance
- Work closely with the business intelligence and software development teams to improve product performance
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or Economics strongly preferred
- 1+ years in an analytical or pricing role
- Strong financial, analytical and mathematical skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver the best customer experience possible
- Occasional availability to work non-standard hours and weekend days required
- Fully remote opportunity (must work off of Eastern time zone)
- Sports and entertainment knowledge strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the ticketing industry or using Automatiq's uptick platform is a plus
