Remote | Product Roadmap & PRD Evaluation Consultant — $70–$110/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for product management professionals experienced in reviewing PRDs, product roadmaps, feature briefs, requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch plans, prioritization materials, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready product artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on product management artifact review, roadmap and PRD evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to: Product Artifact Review

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving product management, PRDs, product roadmaps, feature planning, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Review product materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
• Assess whether product recommendations are supported by customer needs, business goals, technical context, and clear prioritization logic
• Identify unclear requirements, weak product reasoning, missing dependencies, incomplete success metrics, or poor linkage between user needs and proposed solutions

Roadmap, Prioritization & PRD Evaluation

• Review materials involving roadmap planning, feature prioritization, product strategy, release planning, customer segmentation, metric definitions, and launch readiness
• Assess whether PRDs and roadmap materials are realistic, actionable, measurable, and aligned with the stated product context
• Evaluate product briefs, decision memos, prioritization matrices, roadmap summaries, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability
• Provide clear written feedback that improves product artifact quality and practical usefulness

Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review

• Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
• Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
• Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
• Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, product strategy, roadmap planning, PRD writing, feature prioritization, product analytics, product delivery, or related work
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
• Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Educational Background

• Academic backgrounds in business, computer science, engineering, design, product management, information systems, economics, analytics, or related fields may be relevant
• Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
• Professional training in product management, product strategy, agile delivery, product analytics, user research, or roadmap planning may also be relevant depending on project scope

Nice to Have

• Master's degree, MBA, or comparable product-related credential
• Experience creating or reviewing PRDs, roadmaps, product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch plans, prioritization matrices, feature specs, or executive product decks
• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Aha!, Productboard, Confluence, Figma, analytics dashboards, user research inputs, and product metrics
• Experience reviewing presentation decks for clarity, polish, and business-facing communication quality
• Strong ability to evaluate both product substance and visual/presentation quality
