[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kopius is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and deliver B2B marketing content and experiences within the Digital Transformation Solutions industry. The role involves strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills to navigate complex cross-functional initiatives and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, managing resources, and ensuring accountability
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, industry regulations, and best practices
- Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team environment
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

- Proven experience in project or program management within software, IT, or large enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior business and technical audiences
- Demonstrated client-facing experience with the ability to operate effectively within the Microsoft environment and processes
- Working knowledge of IT teams and delivery dynamics — able to engage credibly with engineering, infrastructure, and product groups
- Experience with design thinking methodologies and workshop facilitation
- Strong analytical skills for reporting, data analysis, and executive communication
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of CBO best practices, methodologies, and documentation
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certification
- Experience delivering B2B marketing content programs or digital transformation projects
