About the Role
We are hiring contract Sales Representatives to sell our website and software services to small business owners. This is a remote role, United States only, with flexible hours. What You Will Do - Reach out to small businesses by phone, email, and social media to introduce our services - Walk prospects through what MaddoxSitesCo offers and how it fits their needs - Close deals on website builds and software subscriptions - Hand off signed clients to our build team and keep them updated through delivery - Track your pipeline and report results weekly
Compensation
This is a performance-based contract role paid per closed deal. Estimated earnings are $25 to $60 per hour based on typical close rates and average deal commissions. Final earnings depend on individual sales results. Typical deal commissions range from $500 to $1,500 per closed client (20 percent of sale value). On top of per-deal pay, contractors earn milestone bonuses: $250 at 5 closes, $500 at 8 closes, and $1,000 at 10 closes within the same month. What We Provide - Sales scripts, pitch decks, and email and DM templates - Onboarding walkthrough of our services and pricing - A team chat for live deal support and questions - Training materials in development to help you ramp faster - We will work together on lead generation to help you find prospects What We Are Looking For - Comfortable on the phone and in written outreach - Self-starter who can manage their own schedule - Honest, professional, and customer-focused - Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required - Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls Role Details - Job type: Contract (1099 independent contractor) - Location: Remote, United States only - Expected hours: Around 20 hours per week, flexible - Pay structure: Performance-based with milestone bonuses
