Role Overview Marvin Behavioral Health & Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This full-time remote position focuses on providing essential mental health services in a school setting, helping students navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive educational environments.
- Assess students' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during critical situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to state regulations.
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid Texas license.
- Experience working in educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with school-based mental health programs is a plus.
