[Remote] Senior Associate – Executive Search (Financial Services)

They are seeking a Senior Associate who will operate as a high-trust partner to the CEO, executing senior-level retained searches and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a right-hand partner to the CEO on high-profile retained search engagements
- Lead and execute searches at the Director, Managing Director, and C-suite level
- Gain exposure to firm strategy, client development, and long-term business building
- Work within a firm known for discretion, quality, and long-standing client relationships
Skills
- Maturity and sophistication — someone who can credibly engage senior executives and clients
- Background at a larger, well-established platform (search firm or relevant industry)
- Strong execution skills across retained search (research, candidate development, client communication)
- High EQ, sound judgment, and professional presence
- Currently a Senior Associate / Associate within a retained executive search firm focused on Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets / Sales & Trading, Wealth or Asset Management, Corporate Finance or broader Financial Services
- Placing MD, Sr. Advisors, RIAs, and Financial Services executives
- JD strongly preferred (or similar academic/professional pedigree)
- New business development capability is a plus, but not required
