[Remote] Senior Digital Media Specialist

As a Senior Digital Media Specialist on the Direct Media team, you'll partner with internal stakeholders to report performance, align media strategy to business objectives, and support planning, coordination, and communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Media Channel teams and Business Area teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders to report performance
- Align media strategy to business objectives
- Support planning, coordination, and communication across teams
- Coordinate Media Campaigns for Agency, beginning with Direct Marketing channels including Email, Direct Mail, and Out-of-Home
- Ensure strong alignment between Agency Marketing and Direct Media partners
Skills
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years related marketing or digital media experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years related marketing or digital media experience
- Understanding of media planning, buying process, and agency/client coordination
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills with the ability to connect marketing, media, and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to act as a liaison or consultant, translating marketing objectives into actionable media strategies
- Familiarity with local and/or agency marketing environments, including regional or market‑level media planning
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement and partnership growth
