[Remote] Senior Finance Manager, Public Sector

The Senior Finance Manager for the Public Sector will serve as a strategic finance partner, delivering insights and forecasts while driving alignment across sales, product, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Public Sector Sales leadership, providing insight into performance, revenue trends, and risks to plan
• Own revenue forecasting and variance analysis (MRR, usage, one-time), translating pipeline and bookings into an accurate outlook
• Lead sales and funnel analytics, including coverage, close rates, productivity, and key performance drivers across segments
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategy, pricing, and revenue realization
• Develop executive-ready reporting and narratives, clearly communicating performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Lead and support team development and key finance deliverables, driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering experience including people leader and executive-facing roles
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to support cross‑functional business initiatives and influence decision‑making
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Experience supporting sales, public sector, or go‑to‑market organizations
• Exposure to revenue forecasting, funnel analytics, and performance management frameworks
• Experience with SAP, Excel, Power BI, or similar financial and analytics tools
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
