[Remote] Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-First)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Remote CoWorker is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can build fast and leverage AI tooling to deliver production-grade applications. The role involves owning features end to end, from database to deployment, and requires a hands-on approach to both system architecture and coding.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack applications across the entire stack—front-end, back-end, database, and infrastructure
- Develop modern, responsive UIs with React and MUI
- Build robust back-end services and APIs with Node.js
- Design and manage data and auth with Supabase, and deploy/scale with Vercel and AWS
- Use Cursor and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development without sacrificing quality
- Integrate open-source AI models into products—evaluating, deploying, and optimizing them for real use cases
- Solve ambiguous problems creatively and propose better approaches, not just execute tickets
- Own technical decisions, architecture, and code quality as a senior member of the team
Skills
- Senior-level experience building and shipping full-stack applications
- Strong front-end skills: React, MUI, modern component architecture
- Strong back-end skills: Node.js, API design, server-side logic
- Hands-on experience with Supabase (Postgres, auth, real-time)
- Deployment and infrastructure experience with Vercel and AWS
- Practical experience working with open-source AI models (deployment, integration, fine-tuning or prompting)
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools, especially Cursor
- An out-of-the-box thinker who finds creative, efficient solutions
- Self-directed, reliable, and able to own work end to end
- Experience scaling applications in production
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving environment
