Remote Setter & Closer
About the job. Join a fast-growing SaaS startup and earn top-tier commissions as both an appointment setter and a closer. We are looking for proactive, results-driven professionals who want the flexibility to work remotely, define their ideal clients, and shape our go-to-market approach. What You’ll Do:
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients via Telentir (emails, social).
- Schedule and run discovery and closing calls across the full sales funnel.
- Earn 10% commission for every deal you set, or 20% if you also close the deal, for the first 12 months.
- Collaborate with leadership to test new ICPs and sales strategies, making a direct impact.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline and outreach activity.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, including appointment setting, closing, or full-cycle sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport.
