[Remote] Sr. Director, Services & Sales - Defense

They are seeking a Sr. Director of Services & Sales to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships, focusing on developing and executing sales strategies for professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive professional services revenue growth and expand market share
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing services sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and service packaging to maximize profitability
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in supply chain software

Skills

  • 8-10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on professional services and enterprise solutions
  • Proven success in selling within the supply chain software or related technology industry
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing senior sales professionals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based supply chain platforms
  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise transformations and consulting engagements
  • Established network within the supply chain and logistics ecosystem
