[Remote] Territory Account Executive, RepairPal
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Yelp is the parent company of RepairPal, which connects consumers with certified vehicle mechanics across the United States. The Territory Account Executive role involves managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing sales with auto repair shops to expand the RepairPal network.
Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle, from setting demos to closing deals
- Educate, strategize, and successfully discuss Repair Pal Certified through daily prospecting, consisting of +/- 50 phone calls a day, responding to leads, and through individual prospect development
- Create opportunities using Salesforce
- Follow up on customer agreements
- Follow up with customers to help expedite the certification process
- Meet or exceeding established sales targets
- Assist in developing go-to-market field strategies and processes
- Develop sales pitches and strategies that produce winning outcomes
- Manage the sales cycle and business conversations with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
- Represent the RepairPal brand with professionalism and integrity
- Periodically attend trade shows
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in inside/phone sales and/or the automotive industry
- Knowledge of G suite products and ability to learn and use various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to close sales via phone or virtual meeting
- Ability to work in both a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
- Background in or affinity for the auto industry and auto-related technology is preferred
