Key Responsibilities
Onboard new clients by facilitating applications, agreements, and product implementations. Deliver expert technical support across various Treasury Management products, including online banking, wire transfers, and ACH services. Address customer inquiries and issues with promptness and efficiency. Identify and mitigate potential fraud risks to safeguard our clients. Train bank personnel on Treasury Management products and services to enhance team competency. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Treasury Management services. Required Skills A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations and cash management processes is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications. A customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
Qualifications
A relevant degree or certification in finance or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management or related banking operations.
