[Remote] UiPath Solution Architect – Healthcare Provider & Epic Systems
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MaximaTek is seeking a Principal-Level UiPath Solution Architect with deep healthcare provider experience to lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong UiPath architecture expertise and hands-on Epic EHR integration exposure, focusing on designing secure, scalable, HIPAA-compliant automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise-scale UiPath automation architecture across healthcare environments
- Architect integrations between UiPath, Epic EHR, payer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications
- Define automation standards, reusable frameworks, CI/CD practices, and governance models for the Automation CoE
- Lead solution design reviews, architecture approvals, and technical decision-making for complex automation initiatives
- Design HIPAA-compliant solutions with strong security, audit logging, credential management, and PHI protection
- Drive intelligent automation initiatives leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI capabilities
- Collaborate with business, IT, Epic, security, and executive stakeholders to build automation roadmaps and strategy
- Mentor senior developers and serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for architecture and integration challenges
Skills
- Minimum 7 years of overall UiPath RPA experience
- Minimum 3 years in Solution Architect, Principal Developer, Technical Lead, or Enterprise Automation Architect roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Enterprise Architecture, or related field required
- UiPath Solution Architecture
- 7+ Years of UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, Automation Hub, Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining
- Healthcare Provider Domain Experience – 5+ Years
- Epic EHR Integration Experience – 3+ Years
- Enterprise Integration & API Architecture – 5+ Years
- Security, Compliance & Governance – 5+ Years
- 10+ years total experience in automation, integration, or enterprise architecture
- Master's degree preferred
- UiPath Certified Solution Architect
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
- TOGAF Certification
- HITRUST or CISSP
- Epic Clarity / Caboodle Experience
- Azure OpenAI / GenAI Integration
- CyberArk Integration
- AWS/Azure/GCP Architecture Certifications
- 21 CFR Part 11 Validation Framework Experience
