Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance & Verification: Conduct regular data quality checks, cross-reference source documents, and identify discrepancies to ensure the integrity, consistency, and reliability of all stored information.
  • Information Organization & Categorization: Assist in sorting, tagging, and categorizing records so that data can be easily retrieved, audited, and analyzed by other team members and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including responding to internal and external emails, handling routine inquiries, and supporting team-wide operational tasks as needed.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with fellow remote team members, supervisors, and project leads to clarify data requirements, resolve inconsistencies, and meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear records of completed work, flag anomalies, and prepare brief reports summarizing daily throughput, errors identified, and corrections made.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of professional data entry, administrative, or clerical experience, ideally in a remote or hybrid setting.
