Respiratory Therapist (RT or RT/RPSGT)
Lead Respiratory Therapist (RT or RT/RPSGT) Remote | Full-Time | Saturday Availability SLIIIP is a fast-growing, virtual, multi-state sleep medicine practice delivering comprehensive, patient-centered sleep medicine care. We combine clinical excellence, technology, and education to improve sleep health at scale. We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RT) or RT/RPSGT to serve in a lead role focused on optimizing PAP therapy, enhancing patient engagement, and driving continuous system improvement. This role is ideal for a self-starter with high internal drive who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and building better outcomes. What You’ll Do
- Proactively monitor PAP therapy data and intervene early to improve adherence and outcomes
- Provide virtual patient education and support via video-based telehealth visits
- Analyze trends, identify barriers to therapy success, and generate compliance reports
- Collaborate closely with sleep physicians, NPs, and the clinical care team
- Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR and remote monitoring platforms
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to ongoing improvements in workflows, education, and care delivery Who You Are
- RT or RT/RPSGT with experience in sleep medicine, PAP therapy, or DME
- Comfortable and engaging on video with strong patient education skills
- Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
- High ownership mindset with a growth-oriented, optimizer mentality
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Saturday availability (900 am – 600 pm ET) Who Should NOT Apply
