Responsibilities
Engage potential clients through effective negotiation and sales techniques to close deals for online fitness coaching services. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations and manage follow-ups with leads. Utilize CRM tools like Monday.com and Google Sheets for tracking sales activities and managing accounts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for business development and outreach. Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven negotiation and customer service skills Strong passion or knowledge for fitness (the ideal candidate possess a fitness certification) Strong sales experience, particularly in online or remote environments Familiarity with outside sales and business development strategies Experience in account management and B2C sales Proficient in using Monday.com and Google Sheets Ability to overcome potential objections Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends Position Overview: Part Time OR Full-Time, Work Remotely: Based in the PST time zone.
