Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Engineer to drive territory sales growth across Georgia and Alabama. This role combines technical sales, account management, and business development to support customers in industrial manufacturing and food & beverage processing environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering engineered solutions, fluid handling systems, and pump technologies that improve production performance, reduce downtime, and optimize processes. What you’ll be doing -You will drive B2B sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts. -You will manage territory and execute a strategic sales plan. -You will build relationships with plant managers, engineers, and operations leaders. -You will deliver consultative technical sales and recommend solutions. -You will identify and close new business opportunities. -You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. -You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations. -You will manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity. -You will monitor market trends and competitor activity. -You will represent company at industry events. Who you’ll be working with: -Internal: Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations -External: Industrial manufacturers, food & beverage processing plants, distributors This is what you’ll need to be successful in this role: -Experience in technical or industrial B2B sales -Knowledge of fluid handling or process equipment -Territory and account management experience -Strong communication and consultative selling skills -CRM experience (e.g., MS Dynamics, Salesforce) -Ability to travel within Georgia & Alabama -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field This position offers a salary range of (USD 86,888.00 - 130,331.00 Salaried). Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed.
