About the Position The Sales Executive for the Dubai market will be responsible for growing Nestify's existing Dubai property portfolio by converting qualified sales leads into new signed properties. The role requires maintaining a strong conversion rate by effectively closing the leads provided. This position manages the full sales process from initial contact through to contract signature and plays a key role in building constructive long term business relationships with landlords to support both retention and ongoing acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Grow the existing property portfolio for the Dubai market by acquiring new properties and meeting or exceeding growth targets Meet or exceed the required new property conversion rate, which is sales leads provided versus sales leads converted Attend all sales appointments booked by potential landlords Manage a high volume of incoming emails and sales calls with timely and professional responses Create accurate and competitive property estimate quotes that support successful acquisition Ensure all service contracts are prepared professionally and sent to landlords timeously Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM (Pipedrive) Qualifications and Experience Three to five years experience in direct sales, telesales or selling a service to a diverse client base Advanced level of competency in English (C1 or C2) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision Strong customer relations skills, with effective listening and negotiation abilities Positive attitude, resilience and ability to perform well under pressure Working Days and Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 Dubai Time Location: Remote, South Africa Schedule: Full-Time What Nestify Offers Full time freelance contract Work in a global team of highly motivated and talented individuals Generous leave entitlement A company culture that values loyalty, hard work, dedication, high performance and work life balance Opportunities to grow your career and develop new skills
