They spend their days collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience! Responsibilities: Develop and execute a market-driven sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Media & Pro Business in Brazil. Identify, prospect, and close new customers across broadcasters, OTT platforms, publishers, leagues, clubs and rights holders. Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, contracting, and handover to delivery. Present product demos and commercial proposals tailored to client needs (live data feeds, opta/analytics, editorial content, AI insights, OTT enhancements, rights holder solutions). Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders; act as trusted advisor on sports data and AI opportunities. Work closely with Product, Solutions, Legal and Operations teams to craft winning commercial and technical proposals. Drive upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts; identify opportunities for long-term, multi-product partnerships. Track pipeline and forecast accurately in CRM; report on KPIs, market trends and competitive activity. Represent Stats Perform at industry events, conferences and client meetings; raise brand awareness across Brazil’s sports media ecosystem. Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of commercial or delivery issues. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to media, sports rights holders, broadcasters or related tech solutions. Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals and meeting/exceeding quota. Deep knowledge of the Brazilian sports media landscape and relationships with broadcasters, publishers, leagues, clubs, or OTT platforms. Strong commercial acumen: negotiating commercial models (SaaS, licensing, revenue share). Technical fluency with data-driven products and ability to work with product/engineering teams on solution design. Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken). Willingness to travel regularly within Brazil and occasionally across LATAM. Desired Qualifications: Experience selling sports data, analytics, content, or broadcast/production solutions. Network within sports rights holders, broadcasters, sports federations, and media agencies. Strong consultative selling and problem-solving mindset. Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. Ability to translate technical capability into clear business value and ROI for clients.
