Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Drive new business development through high-volume outreach, targeting 60–80+ calls, emails, and social media contacts per day. Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into active accounts through persistent and persuasive outreach. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, tracking all activity and progress in an organized, disciplined manner. Meet or exceed an annual revenue target of $600,000 in originated billings. Develop a deep understanding of Medsurity’s service offerings and articulate their value compellingly to attorneys and legal professionals. Attend weekly team meetings and submit a daily end-of-day activity summary to executive staff. Remain consistently available and responsive via phone and email to both prospects and internal stakeholders. Qualifications 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in litigation support services, legal services, or a related field. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-activity, outbound sales environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present services persuasively. Highly self-motivated and disciplined — able to manage a full pipeline independently in a remote setting without close supervision. Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management. Comfortable engaging with attorneys and legal professionals; able to speak credibly about complex service offerings.
