Sales Representative – Hybrid

The Sales Development Representative role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective partners and customers to support the sales organization and drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect potential partners and customers through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria
- Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives
- Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels
- Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM
- Communicate Clicklease’s value proposition effectively to prospective customers and partners
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment
- Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, or social engagement channels
- Experience using CRM software in a professional environment
- Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities and follow-up tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah four days per week
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in outbound B2B or B2C sales environments
- Experience using Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms
- Retail or wholesale industry experience
- Experience within fintech, financing, or financial services industries
