SAP Business Analyst & SME, Remote (Europe), European Institution Job role: Senior Business Analyst. Minimum experience: Over 10 years. Studies required: Graduate. Language: English (C1) (Mandatory). Location: Remote (Europe). DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new company into an existing general ledger platform. This role requires strong expertise in SAP, particularly S/4HANA, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions across the full implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be proactive, independent, and possess excellent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Tasks: · Collaborate with business units to gather, validate, and clarify business requirements. · Interpret business needs from a functional perspective and translate them into system solutions. · Support the full implementation lifecycle of the general ledger platform integration. · Manage and evaluate change requests to ensure alignment with project objectives. · Support testing activities, including preparation and execution. · Provide hypercare support following go-live to ensure a smooth transition and issue resolution. Specific Expertise: · Strong experience in SAP, with a focus on S/4HANA. · Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions. · Experience supporting full-cycle implementations. · Knowledge of general ledger platforms and financial system integrations. · Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills in English. · Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
