SAP Service & Project Costing Consultant

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP Service & Project Costing Consultant to join our innovative team. • Analyze existing SAP Service & Project Costing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
• Lead the implementation of new functionalities within SAP to support business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and process transformation across departments
• Collaborate with management consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support strategic planning and business development initiatives
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Provide expert guidance on process improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices are adopted and sustained

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an SAP Service & Project Costing Consultant or in a similar SAP financial module role
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Expertise in change management principles and strategies for successful system and process transitions
• Solid understanding of business consulting methodologies, including process improvement and strategic planning
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated research capabilities supporting business analysis and decision-making processes
• Familiarity with management consulting practices and business development activities is a plus
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly
