Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About careerzynith

careerzynith is on a mission to transform the way children experience STEM education. By designing immersive learning journeys, we empower every child in major metropolitan areas to become a risk‑taking entrepreneur, an inquisitive problem‑solver, and an empathetic leader. As the largest and fastest‑growing STEM camp provider in the region, we serve thousands of campers each summer, delivering experiences that are as magical and memorable as a day at a theme park. Our commitment to excellence, creativity, and community impact makes careerzynith a leader in the education‑technology space, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us continue this journey.

Why This Role Matters

Our families are the heart of careerzynith. They trust us with their children’s growth, curiosity, and safety. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, ensuring that every interaction is positive, supportive, and solution‑focused. Your work will directly influence family satisfaction, retention, and the overall reputation of careerzynith’s summer programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support: Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Build lasting relationships: Proactively engage families, anticipate their needs, and nurture trust throughout the enrollment and camp experience.
  • Conduct outreach & follow‑ups: Reach out to new and existing customers to provide personalized guidance, confirm registrations, and ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Maintain meticulous records: Document every interaction in our CRM, track feedback trends, and flag recurring issues for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with marketing, operations, curriculum, and technology teams to resolve complex queries and streamline processes.
  • Support special projects: Contribute to research initiatives, system enhancements, and process‑optimization projects that elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Advocate for families: Serve as the voice of the customer within careerzynith, championing their concerns and suggestions to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field, preferably in education, SaaS, or hospitality.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts with a solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable handling multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Tech‑savvy: comfortable navigating web‑based tools, video conferencing, and collaborative platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Flexibility to work 30‑40 hours per week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the peak summer season.
  • Passion for education, child development, and the transformative power of STEM learning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting families in a camp, school, or extracurricular‑program environment.
  • Background in project coordination or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data‑driven decision making and basic analytics (e.g., interpreting CSAT scores, churn metrics).
  • Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish or Mandarin, to serve diverse community members.
  • Previous remote work experience with a proven track record of self‑motivation and accountability.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Empathy & Active Listening: Ability to understand and reflect the emotions and concerns of parents, especially when dealing with sensitive topics such as refunds or program changes.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quickly diagnose issues, propose actionable solutions, and follow through until resolution.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively, meet response‑time SLAs, and balance routine support with project work.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, sharing insights that drive product and service enhancements.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • Data Literacy: Comfort with tracking performance metrics, extracting insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

careerzynith invests heavily in the professional development of its team members. As a Customer Success Representative, you will have access to:

  • Mentorship from senior leaders in customer experience and education technology.
  • Internal training modules on communication excellence, conflict resolution, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Opportunities to transition into specialized roles such as Customer Success Manager, Operations Analyst, or Product Support Engineer.
  • Regular workshops on the latest trends in STEM education, child psychology, and digital learning platforms.
  • Participation in cross‑departmental innovation sprints that shape the future of careerzynith’s curriculum and technology stack.

Work Environment & Culture at careerzynith

Our culture is built on the “Ways of Being” that guide every action at careerzynith. We are:

  • Purpose‑Driven: Every task is tied to a larger mission of empowering the next generation of innovators.
  • Data‑Informed: Decisions are grounded in measurable outcomes, ensuring we continuously improve.
  • Accountable: We set clear expectations, meet commitments, and own our results.
  • Feedback‑Oriented: Constructive feedback is welcomed, and diverse perspectives are celebrated.
  • Solution‑Focused: We avoid quick fixes, opting instead for sustainable, scalable solutions.
  • Empathetic & Compassionate: A supportive, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued.

Our remote work model provides flexibility while fostering a strong sense of community through virtual coffee chats, team‑building activities, and regular all‑hands meetings.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour, reflective of the expertise and dedication required for this role. In addition to base pay, you will enjoy:

  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments and weekend work requirements.
  • Paid time off for holidays and a dedicated “wellness day” each month.
  • Access to a stipend for home office equipment (headset, ergonomic chair, etc.).
  • Professional development budget for courses, certifications, or conferences.
  • Employee assistance program (EAP) providing confidential counseling and support services.
  • Opportunities to attend careerzynith’s summer camps at a discounted rate, gaining first‑hand insight into the programs you’ll support.

Application Process & Sample Prompt

We value candidates who can demonstrate both skill and cultural fit. To apply, please email your resume and cover letter to [email protected]. In addition, include a brief response (150‑200 words) to the following client scenario, showcasing your empathy, clarity, and problem‑solving ability:

“We are reconsidering camps for our 4‑year‑old – given he has difficulty adjusting to new environments, we are considering just putting him in the daycare that he will be attending for his Pre‑K program. What is your refund policy? We would keep our 7‑year‑old enrolled!”

We look forward to learning how you would address this situation with compassion and professionalism.

Join careerzynith’s Vision

If you are driven by purpose, love working with families, and thrive in a collaborative, data‑rich environment, careerzynith invites you to become part of a team that is reshaping the future of STEM education. Your contributions will directly impact the joy, confidence, and curiosity of thousands of young learners.
