Role Overview

As a Seasonal Remote Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for ingesting large business orders, maintaining up‑to‑date spreadsheets, and supporting cross‑departmental projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update customer profiles for each new order, linking them to the appropriate gift‑division records.
  • Handle paper‑based orders from the Consumer and Business Gift Divisions, entering them into the digital system within strict deadline windows.
  • Process Treasury Batch orders efficiently, adhering to compliance timelines.
  • Generate and maintain Customer Gift History lists for internal reporting.
  • Enter catalog requests, address changes, and other ad‑hoc updates as they arise.
  • Manage inbound communications (email, internal messaging) promptly, maintaining a professional tone and meeting productivity targets.
  • Continuously update product knowledge by leveraging careerzynith’s knowledge base and training resources.
  • Assist with special projects for various departments, providing accurate data entry support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of hands‑on data entry experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Medium to advanced proficiency with careerzynith Spreadsheet (formerly Microsoft Excel), including formulas, sorting, and basic macro handling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise email etiquette.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher, with high accuracy.
  • Proven ability to navigate a computer environment confidently, including file management and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
