Senior Director, Customer Support Leader (Remote)

Oversee a team of customer support professionals, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure high-quality service and support to customers. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience and resolve customer issues. Act as a liaison between the customer support team and other departments, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to improve customer service. Create and maintain training programs for customer support team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to customers. Set and track team goals, holding team members accountable for their individual and collective performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support, implementing new strategies and technologies to enhance the customer experience. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, working to find solutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to promote a positive image of the company and its customer support. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members, identifying areas for growth and development. Manage and allocate resources to effectively meet customer support demands and goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric mindset among team members. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
