About the Role

You will take a leading role in a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation where supply chain processes are central to the broader transformation. The assignment focuses on shaping how core flows work end to end, from inventory and maintenance to order management, product data, procurement, and fulfilment. In this role, you will work closely with business and system stakeholders to turn operational needs into scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. You will also help connect SCM with Finance processes, making sure data, transactions, and process design support a reliable and efficient ERP landscape. Job Description

You will lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM processes across Inventory Management, Maintenance Management, Order Management, and Product Hub. You will drive workshops and guide stakeholders in defining target processes for warehouse management, stock reconciliation, demand planning, and fulfilment. You will shape procurement-related flows, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory buying. You will support the integration design between Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance modules such as AP and GL. You will help align business requirements with system capabilities and ensure that the solution supports operational efficiency and data quality. You will act as a senior lead in the implementation, contributing both strategic direction and practical configuration knowledge.

Requirements

At least 8 years of full-time experience as a lead Supply Chain Management process consultant on large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects. Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management configuration, including Inventory Management, Maintenance Management, Order Management, and Product Hub. Good knowledge of warehouse management processes and stock reconciliation. Experience in procurement, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory buying. Experience with integration between Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance modules, including AP and GL. Experience in demand planning and fulfilment process design. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English. Nice to have Experience with asset-light or service-oriented supply chain models. Basic knowledge of Redwood in SCM.
