Our mission is simple yet powerful: to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. As part of careerzynith, you will join a culture that celebrates curiosity, inclusivity, and relentless ambition, empowering you to make a tangible impact on the future of healthcare.

Why This Role Matters

The United States is confronting a hypertension epidemic that affects up to half of the adult population. Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative, minimally invasive procedure that targets overactive renal nerves to lower blood pressure, offering a new therapeutic avenue for patients who struggle with conventional medications. careerzynith’s careerzynith Blood Pressure Procedure (formerly known as the Symplicity program) is poised to become a multibillion‑dollar market leader over the next five years. As a Senior Program Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of introducing this life‑changing therapy to clinicians, health systems, and patients across the United States.

Role Overview

Reporting to the US RDN Marketing Lead, you will own the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of peer‑to‑peer education programs that drive adoption of the careerzynith Blood Pressure Procedure. You will collaborate closely with field sales teams, medical affairs, regulatory, and external healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure that every educational touchpoint is scientifically accurate, on‑label, and compelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the careerzynith Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series, including in‑person peer‑to‑peer events, national broadcasts, and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with field sales representatives and market development specialists to align programmatic offerings with regional market needs.
  • Faculty Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with HCP faculty, ensuring compliance with on‑label messaging and coordinating all logistical aspects of events.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee all regulatory documentation, obtain necessary approvals, and maintain meticulous records for audit readiness.
  • Content Development: Work with internal medical, regulatory, and creative teams to produce promotional items, webinars, and topic‑specific educational content that translate complex clinical data into actionable insights.
  • Market Insight: Analyze barriers to adoption, gather feedback from clinicians, and recommend new or evolved educational programs to accelerate market penetration.
  • Travel & Representation: Attend conferences, point‑of‑access (POA) meetings, and provide on‑site training to sales teams—up to 20% travel required.
  • Digital Integration: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms (including Salesforce.com) to track program performance, capture leads, and refine outreach strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing, sales, or customer education within the medical device or broader healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize clinical data and technical information into clear, compelling messaging for HCP audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder programs on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or other advanced qualification (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD).
  • Experience developing content for HCPs, including webinars, slide decks, and continuing education modules.
  • Prior exposure to US marketing in a matrixed organization, navigating cross‑functional teams and regional nuances.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities, with comfort delivering to large audiences and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes related to medical education and promotional activities.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, anticipate market trends, and design programs that align with long‑term business objectives.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Skilled at building consensus across diverse groups—sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and external clinicians.
  • Analytical Acumen: Comfortable interpreting data, measuring program ROI, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, concise, and persuasive writing and speaking skills, tailored to both scientific and commercial audiences.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
