Senior Systems Administrator, Dynamics CRM

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the CRM system. Develop and implement strategies for data backup, security, and recovery to ensure the integrity and safety of the CRM system. Monitor system usage, performance, and capacity to identify areas for improvement and make necessary recommendations. Collaborate with other teams to integrate the CRM system with other applications and platforms. Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize the CRM system. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Dynamics CRM and proactively implement them to enhance the system. Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration and user guides. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to junior systems administrators, as needed. Participate in project planning and implementation related to the CRM system. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements to the CRM system. Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the CRM space, and make recommendations for their implementation. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and expertise. Adhere to strict timelines and deliver high-quality work within designated timeframes. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment. Promote and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
