Job Title: Short-Form Video Growth Specialist Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for a Short-Form Video Growth Specialist to drive audience growth and engagement through high-impact video content across social platforms. This role focuses on rapid experimentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization of short-form video assets to support brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and captions tailored to platform algorithms and user behavior Support growth and demand campaigns with video assets for organic and paid distribution Track video performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and conversion data Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video outputs Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel objectives
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth Strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies Prior remote work experience is mandatory, including fluency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered Ability to test, iterate, and improve content quickly based on performance data Strong time management and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting growth, demand generation, or paid social campaigns Familiarity with A/B testing creative concepts, hooks, and formats Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-driven content environments Tools & Technology Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro Analytics: Native platform insights, Google Analytics Growth & Distribution: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, scheduling tools Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
