What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Efficiently dispatch service technicians while optimizing routes and response times. Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Accurately record service details, technician hours, and job-related information in our dispatch system. What You Bring to the Table: Experience in dispatch operations, ideally in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Proficiency with dispatch software (such as ServiceTitan) or similar platforms. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. A calm, professional demeanor under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay starting at $20.00/hr based on experience, plus bonuses.
