We are seeking a Quality Engineer with an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) profile to join a world-class consulting team on a strategic project with one of our key clients. As the Quality Champion embedded within their organization, you will be responsible for defining quality strategy and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. In this role, you will work within high-performing Agile teams, collaborating directly with the client's engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in an environment where autonomy, innovation, and technical excellence are valued. \n Role & Responsibilities Define testing strategy: Establish test scope, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs with clarity. Design and maintain robust automation frameworks using modern technologies and best practices. Conduct performance and regression testing, ensuring the system meets quality requirements. Act as Quality Champion, influencing technical decisions and implementing QA best practices. Collaborate in Agile environments, working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools. Ensure quality visibility from planning through release, reporting metrics and critical findings. Gain deep understanding of the application domain, architecture, and data. Work autonomously in lean teams with flat structures and minimal management overhead. Hard Skills - Must have Strong experience with modern test automation frameworks and tools. Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable testing solutions. Practical experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices. Track record working in secure or regulated environments (compliance, data security, industry standards). Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, rapidly evolving contexts. Proficiency with modern programming languages and software development practices.
