Spanish Bilingual Generalist
Mercor is seeking
native Spanish speakers who live in Latin America
for a short-term project with a leading AI lab. These candidates should have excellent written and verbal Spanish skills as well as intimate familiarity with Latin American culture.

Role Responsibilities
- Synthesize personal expertise to write documentation to help train AI models. - Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to refine documentation and perfect write-ups. - Identify domain-specific local language and cultural nuances of different hobbies and day-to-day life. - Provide linguistic or culturally relevant insights that help improve model behavior in Spanish contexts.

Ideal Candidates Should Have:
- Native-Level Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and strong English comprehension. - Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree. -
Analytical Abilities:
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. -
Nice to Haves
- Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development is a plus. - Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus, but not required.

- Expect to contribute at least
20 hours per week
